Refund Policy



We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

For American customers:

we accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please sent the shoes back to the address below:

Customer have to pay the return shipping when sent the shoes back to our warehouse. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Only if the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, our finance will request the bank to refund you money, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The refund processing time is depending on the credit card company or the original method of payment company.

Shoes Exchange (if shoes size not fit)

If shoes doesn't fit, please sent the shoes back to our warehouse, we will sent anther right size shoes for you;


When sending an item for exchange, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will sent an other new replacement shoes to you and we responsible for the shipping fee for the new replacement shoes.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
